HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF - BUST: measure the fullest part of your bust. UNDER BUST/EMPIRE WAIST: measure under your breasts in the same manner as you measured over them. WAIST: measure the narrowest point of your waist; approx. 1" above your belly button. HIP: measure the fullest part of your hips; around the buttocks with your heels together. Order the larger size if your measurements are in between those listed in the size chart.
